How it works
Introduction
Free 30 minute consultation.
Learn about my coaching method and how I incorporate the whole body from a holistic standpoint. Whether you are suffering from a chronic condition or need to make a shift in your life, I provide you with the tools you need to feel empowered on your healing journey.
First Session (1 Hour)
Balance your body.
Are you optimizing your body to its greatest potential in what you eat, how you move, and how you take in the world? Our one-on-one coaching session will examine your daily habits and create a system that works best for you.
We will examine:
Your daily habits & the importance of a nourishing routine
Your ayurvedic constitution that will help you better pick foods, movement habits, lifestyle choices that best align with you
How taking care of your body and bringing it to a state of balance will allow you to conquer all aspects of your life
Second Session (1 Hour)
Train your breath.
Did you know that many of us are breathing incorrectly? Your breath has a direct connection to your nervous system, which controls how you show up in the world. If you are always in a state of stress or have a “fight or flight” mindset, we can rework this patterning through learning how to work with the breath.
As we progress, you will understand how the breath functions and how you can utilize your breath with specific breath-control techniques to sky-rocket your performance. These techniques will allow you to unlock the energy within to take on your day without relying on any stimulants! Once we dive deeper into the breath, we can access the mind.
Third Session (1 Hour)
Cultivate your mind.
Your mind is a magical tool, but is your mind working for you or working against you? After addressing our body and breath, we are ready to dive into the mind.
Here we will look at how our thoughts create our beliefs, which then creates our reality. It’s time to examine what exactly is holding you back from creating the change you desire within. During this session, together we will create an attainable daily mindfulness practice in alignment with your goals and desires.
Follow-Up Session (1 Hour)
Examine your progress.
In this follow-up session, we’ll review your progress and recap each area covered on your journey towards well-being.
This time will allow us to reflect and make improvements going forward as well as address any concerns or roadblocks you may be experiencing.
