Why REGULATE?

I created Regulate from a place of deep need. When I first started my journey, I was stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset.

I couldn’t rest because it felt too uncomfortable.

The moment I slowed down, guilt and anxiety would take over, and I’d numb myself just to avoid facing it.

My body thrived on high-intensity workouts, caffeine, and over-packed schedules.

Success was my ultimate goal, in my career, relationships, everything.

I was a perfectionist, pushing myself to extremes.

But my body eventually couldn’t handle it anymore. The burnout hit hard.

And on top of that, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease.

It was the wake-up call I needed. I realized that how I had been living—constantly doing—wasn’t sustainable. My nervous system had been in overdrive, trying to keep me safe in the only way it knew how: through constant action.

But being in constant motion wasn’t the key to thriving—i later realized it was only a reaction to the stress I’d been carrying for years.

I was disconnected from my body, my emotions, and my intuition.

I was living by the “shoulds” that society told me would bring success.

I was completely disconnected from what truly aligned with me.

That’s when I turned to nervous system regulation, somatics, and breathwork. These practices helped me learn how to create safety from within. I learned that self-trust is built when you find safety within the body.

I dove head first recieving top certifications in breathwork, somatic coaching, and trauma-informed embodiment practices that helped me reconnect with my body, emotions, and intuition, profound changes happened.

I healed my burnout, overcame Lyme disease, and began trusting myself in a way I never had before. I built a new life—one that honored being first and foremost. As I aligned with my true self, my life shifted.

Regulate was born from this transformation—a journey I now want to share with you, so you can reconnect with your body, shift your energy daily, and cultivate a life that feels aligned and effortless.

  • Yes! Each group call will be recorded and sent within 24 hours of the live session.

  • Yes, this is a live 6 week group mentorship program. Live weekly calls will take place on Tuesday’s at 5:30 PM EDT, unless otherwise stated. We will also meet 3 more times for our live somatic breathwork sessions. These dates will be set closer to the start date based on everyone’s best availability.

  • Officially, the program starts on April 8th!
